Payment and Pricing
To begin the process, a 40% deposit is required with your order. The remaining 60% is due when your painting is ready for shipping. I will send you an image of the finished artwork for your approval before the final payment is made. Payments can be made via PayPal or Zelle for your convenience.
Timeframe
The time required to complete your custom dog painted portrait varies depending on my current workload and the time of year. Generally, it takes between 3 to 5 weeks from the confirmed order date (orders are confirmed when the deposit is received). I provide a specific timeframe upon receiving your order. If you want to send a painting as a gift but I don't have enough time to meet your requested date, I can mail you or your intended recipient a gift certificate that includes details and a delivery timeframe.
Shipping Details
I ship paintings using reliable carriers like FEDEX, UPS, or USPS. Small format paintings (10"x12" and 11"x14") are shipped mounted on their stretcher, while larger paintings are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube. If you require expedited shipping, I can arrange that as well.
